Brought to you by Darrington Press, the team behind Critical Role, Daggerheart is an all new stand-alone RPG. Designed by Spenser Starke, famous for RPGs such as Candela Obscura, Alice is Missing, and Kids on Brooms, Daggerheart promises a unique twist on the fantasy RPG genre.

Daggerheart is a narrative-focused gaming experience, pulling many rules out of lengthy books and condensing them onto convenient tokens and cards. This narrative focus is reflected in combat as well; Daggerheart forgoes the typical initiative system, instead treating combat as another space for storytelling. Unbound by grid lines and initiative orders, GMs can feel greater freedom to get creative with their encounters.

Gone are the days of hunting down a new pack of Spell Cards every time you switch classes. The Core Set comes with 279 beautifully-illustrated cards, helping players keep track of their characters with Ancestry and Subclass cards and fill out the world with Community and Domain cards. For adventurer’s wanting to take their campaign to the next level, the Daggerheart Limited Edition comes with a custom GM screen, dice, character sheets, tokens, and a specially treated core book cover. You’ll need those dice too - Daggerheart is a d12-based system.
